RICS Home Surveys are professional property inspections carried out to standards set by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). There are three levels, ranging from a basic condition overview to a full structural survey, so you can choose the depth of inspection that suits your property and budget.

• What is a RICS Level 1 Survey? — a basic condition report, best for newer, standard-build properties.
• What is a RICS Level 2 Survey? — a HomeBuyer Report with advice and a valuation, suited to most typical purchases.
• What is a RICS Level 3 Survey? — a full Building Survey, best for older, larger, or non-standard properties.
